The architect for our residential job brought in one of the principals at Watts to do the structural specifications. Structural engineers are quite conservative by nature but this guy was absurd. I've dealt with a few in my career in the industry and I trusted the architect but I was unprepared for the complete lack of utility of available technology. Pages and pages of scrawled hieroglyphics followed by the invoices to pay for those inefficiencies. STAY AWAY.
