I've called them 4 times over several days trying to set up an appointment for a haircut. Two of the times someone was supposed to call me back later, but I never received a call. No customer service. Edit: The day after I posted this I received a call for an appt. They got me in the next day. The salon was nicer looking than I would have expected. The stylist did a good job. I've upped my rating slightly.
