A little over a month ago, we had our main bathroom totally remodeled. I have to admit that I was very apprehensive about the remodel and doubted that it could be done since it was in such terrible condition. I've also had some bad experiences in the past with repairmen, which didn't help. But I was so impressed and astonished how well it went. They had to take everything out, down to the studs. So happy with our new walk in shower. Finished in 2 days. Mike, Rhonda, and Jared, the carpenter, were so pleasant to work with. Very conscientious about getting the job done to meet our needs. I was also impressed with how clean they left the worksite.

Great folks to work with. Our hot water heater started leaking on Wednesday. I called them late Wednesday; they came 8:00 Thursday and gave me an estimate; the plumber came to replace it Friday at 8:00. He was real friendly, and really knew his stuff. Along with replacing our water heater, he went above and beyond to fix some poor work done by another plumbing company in the past. I'll only work with them in the future.

Watters Plumbing recently completed some work for me while finishing off a bathroom in my basement. The quality of their work and customer service was poor throughout the project. I was very disappointed in the workmanship and the way I was treated as a customer. Todd Johnson in service was rude throughout the process and argued with me when I tried to point out the areas that did not meet my expectations. They were to do the rough in and then come back and do the finish plumbing. They jackhammered a hole in my basement... read more
