Stayed at the Watt Hotel Rahway for what was supposed to be a special weekend, and it turned into one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon check-in, the Wi-Fi in our room did not work at all. We spent over 4 and a half hours trying to resolve it with the front desk and Hilton support. During that time, staff repeatedly had us troubleshoot, then became rude and even accused us of lying about the issue. The reason I’m rating 1 star because of the hot water situation. The hot water never got hot, I was so irritated that I couldn’t take a hot shower. I had to basically take a cool shower for the 3 days of my stay, it was very inconvenient. The water was so cold at one point that I had to get out and finish my bath in the sink where the water was nice and hot. I don’t understand how the hot water in the shower didn’t get hot.
