We recently had a conference here and the entire hotel and dining staff are all amazing. Ray in food service is one of the nicest and most caring people in the world and it was great to get to know him a bit more during our stay. As we were saying goodbye he mentioned where we were from and our daughter by name which was info from 3 days earlier. Very personable and kind. Keep it up with the great hotel and the amazing staff! Anthony was also awesome and very kind and understanding to our group. Thank you.
great spacious rooms..Very noisy tho from outside street noise.
Don't count on the digital keys in the Hilton app--- they don't work for the external door coming in from the parking garage, nor the security doors on each floor just past the elevator, and don't even work reliably on the room doors themselves.
This was a Just OK hotel. My room had a small air unit below the window but other rooms had Nest thermostats and central air. The lighting is mostly 20 watt bulbs, very dimly lit. The room sloped a bit so the shower door would open itself. I am a person that is very sensitive to textures and the shower floor had obviously been resurfaced. There were smooth surfaces and randomly some rough prickly surfaces which made my skin crawl and leave my body when my feet touched it. I showered in one single spot. Long time Hilton diamond member. Very weak hotel. Paid garage parking is a pain, non-dairy creamer is a pet peeve, no usbs in rooms, limited outlets, two bugs crawling on the ceiling that I had to climb on top of the fridge to kill, poor in-room lighting, construction in the lobby. I could go on, but that’s probably enough. Don’t think that I will be back.
