I have been dealing with Johan for the past week and it is a complete nightmare. I chose him based on the reviews and because he could come the next day and I'm experiencing something complexly different. My experience is very similar to the one star review Jeffrey Gersh posted, with being ghosted. I called Johan for a hot water issue and he said he would be able to come the next day.
