Was visiting my friend in Lompoc, Ca. She was having issues with smoke detectors going off. The company send someone right out. Had new wired detectors with 10 year battery put in. Elijah came and was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to come back the next day when we had a a beeping sound. He found the problem and took care of it. My friend Joni DeRome ask me to write this for her. She will definitely use this company for electrical issues in the future . 5 extra stars for Elijah.*****
-update July 2025- The company reached out to provide an apology and relayed that what occurred does not reflect the standard they strive to uphold. They mentioned a recent review and discovered there was a misunderstanding with a former employee and provided full reimbursement. It was approximately one year after the service was completed but the fact that they sought to correct the matter was appreciated. I had a few electrical issues and called Watt Electric. Zack was super helpful over the phone and was able to send help out the same day. The technicians were very professional, and their explanation about the process was clear. They got the problems fixed right away, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable electrical work!
