Don’t stay with joy through Airbnb, and if this is how she operates through Airbnb, I wouldn’t work with her for her other business either. I had a short stay with joy and she left an incredibly inaccurate review because she was too lazy to do any work and basically have the guest ensure the property was ready for their next guest. On 14 August 25 my wife signed a contract with Joy Watson for the reservation of a short-term rental through VRBO in Greensboro for 22-30 October 25. That same day Joy charged my wife’s credit card for the full amount of the rental. Between 14 August and 20 October my wife communicated with Joy through the VRBO app on several occasions regarding the rental. With less than 48 hours before check-in, Joy unexpectedly canceled the reservation in a message on the VRBO app citing that she no longer was doing rentals through VRBO. ... read more
