I can't speak highly enough of my experience with JOY WATSON!!! She is honest and hands-on (she even crawled into creepy attics/crawl spaces to check insulation for me) and she really helped to take the pressure off me. This place is so cute! For the price I paid monthly, being furnished, utilities included, and having very responsive landlords, you couldn't ask for a better experience. Its an old house so the walls are a little thin but, the space is updated and fully utilized! The landlords live next door and come over occasionally in order to clean up after the airbnb guests.
