I called to schedule a phone appointment with a physician. I was put on hold for 45 minutes before speaking with a receptionist. I was told the Dr would call sometime between 1 and 5pm and to have my phone nearby. The dr called at 4:45 and I just happened to be away from the phone in that moment. I called back instantly and was put on hold for 30 minutes, when the receptionist picked up she said the Dr had left the office.
