I had a great experience working with Oswaldo! They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I truly appreciate their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!
Shopping around looking for a Explorer, Sandra Cravalho the sales manager. She was easy to work with and too the point. I will be sending all my Ford business out to Watsonville from here on out even though its more than an hour away. That's how good she was! Trust is the hardest part of the process and it seemed to be the easy part for her.
Timely, friendly, excellent service! The ride service and proximity to my home made this necessary work easy instead of a tedious ordeal. I'll definitely be back!
It’s hard to believe that it will cost me over $1000 to replace my radio. I could’ve gone to one of the local radio repair shops for a lot less. They didn’t even have a replacement radio on site.
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling well cared for and super happy with my purchase. Previous car purchase from other dealers left me feeling overwhelmed and hassled by pushy sales people. This was not the case at Watsonville Ford. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.
