I'm pretty frugal, agonize over big purchases, never make impulsive purchases, and don't get attached to cars. Closing a sale with me can take forever. I've wanted to see a Sierra EV up close to consider a purchase down the road. I think I can make it work as a towing vehicle for work, but it's a lot of money to invest in a hunch. Great experience, service manager very helpful.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience at GMC Watsonville. I brought our truck in for service, which turned out to be a more complex job involving several issues. Joe Gudgel is our service advisor and he did an incredible job. He kept me updated so I never had to wonder what was going on and went above and beyond by delivering the truck to our house when it was finished! This level of professionalism and care is rare. Joe is amazing, as is the entire team at GMC Watsonville and we are forever customers!
