Problemas desde el día 1 al momento de entregar el departamento en alafaya miles de detalles los cuales no reparan, mal administrados por pareja Amanda y Joel ya que atienden de malas ganas en la oficina cuando uno va a realizar una consulta, no dan solución solo te gritan ya que están ocupados viendo series en el celular, piscina mala hace más de 6 meses, lugar sin mantenimiento en áreas comunes, londry entrega tarjetas malas y te hacen perder dinero, solo funcionan 2 lavadoras y 2 secadoras todas las demás malas, la misma ... read more

Bonnie is a great landlord! Her company Watson, Watson, and v Watson vwas always very quick to respond and take care of any issues I had as a tenant, usually vwithin 1-2 days no matter what. I highly recommend them!
I regretted signing a lease within 2 weeks. I sucked it up for a year. If you rent one of their units, keep stocked up on roach, ant and wasp spray. The hoards will be relentless. Also large spiders and snakes (in the house). Also, yes they really will charge you the $900 when you move out to repaint the white walls... Even though the walls will have several different shades of touch up paint when you move in. It was awful. There were many problems with the condition of my unit once I settled in. Barry is a fraud. He kept my security deposit even after confirming I would receive it back. Have had no rental issues before except with him. Cheapest guy in the world. He took 3 months to finally fix a leak in the wall causing extensive mold damage. Run away from this management property.
