Very disappointing experience with Watson Plumbing and Heating Corporation. As a property owner who has lived in this neighborhood for over 38 years, I was honestly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced. The staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and the entire operation felt disorganized from the moment I arrived. First time using Watston's for a toilet reset due to a clog. The customer service is outstanding and Ruben is a pleasure to talk to and attended my questions courteously and professionally. He made sure he squeezed me in for a same day appointment. The plumber KJ is amazing! Young man and knows his stuff. He was very professional, well spoken, and did amazing work. I would recommend this company and will be using them for future needs! Thank you!
