Watson's Office Supply does not care about you or your business. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. After making a huge mistake in the way they packaged my merchandise which arrived damaged, I did not get an apology not any form of "how can we make this right?" I asked for my money back. They ignored my request. Now, they will not ship any of my packages. Their choice. Rather than get up to speed with how important loyal local customers are and consider how valuable years of doing business with those loyal local customers. ... read more
