1 star experience and that was for the sweet front desk employee! As far as the photographer…I was about to walk out as he was very dismissive, and did not seem to care what I had to say. My 2 other kids had 2 different photographers the last 2 grad years and they were absolutely incredible. They asked couple questions and just did their thing. My other complaint is that the packages are very expensive and the digital download is $150 for 1 pose.

We visited this location to obtain PR photos and had a very positive initial experience. The staff member who assisted us during our first visit was kind and helpful. When my days off arrived, I returned to request an adjustment to the stamps on the back of the photos, as the application instructions required a specific format. I spoke with a gentleman at the counter, and unfortunately the interaction was disappointing. His responses were dismissive, and the conversation became unnecessarily tense. I had a 3'x4' mosaic collage printed here for my first anniversary, and Watson’s Foto Source absolutely crushed it. They printed it in just one day on short notice and the quality was perfect way better than I expected for such a large piece. My wife and I loved it. The staff were friendly, quick, and really know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be coming back for future prints. Highly recommend! Thank you Watson's team!

I took one of my lenses in for repair and look over, service was quick. My lens is back to the way she was before. Timely and not expensive. Thank you!!
