Lots of caravans, lots of parts and accessories. Lady we chatted to was nice, but missed a sales opportunity 🙄.
After travelling 800km on the first day of our month long road trip we found our gas had stopped working on our Jayco. In a panic we rang Watsons and Dave was basically a super hero. He got us in at opening the next day and out in an hour sorted (failed 15 month old pigtail) and the bill sent to Jayco head office. Save our trip! Superb customer service, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Thanks!
Found the owner to be rude and very unhelpful, we were fobbed off with something that was missed in the build & were told that Jayco would definitely not be paying for the item to be installed.
