Found the owner to be rude and very unhelpful, we were fobbed off with something that was missed in the build & were told that Jayco would definitely not be paying for the item to be installed.
Arrogant attitude and their product is basically rubbish
Just purchased a caravan from Alix and can undeniably say she is by far the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable salesperson we've come across. We travelled all the way from Newcastle to Port Macquarie, and it was absolutely worth the trip. We wouldn't hesitate to travel the distance again for this level of service. Highly recommend!
Dan at Port Macquarie was very helpful with the purchase of our new Jayco. He gave us time to look at the vehicle, wasnt pushy at all. And even the final handover was very smooth, giving us a great explanation of the equipment.
