I've used Watson Village storage twice in the past two years, and both times it's been a good experience. Very reasonable prices, and good customer service. Once we had an issue with a unit that we were about to move stuff into, and the managers came to help us after their office had already closed. They ended up upgrading us to a larger unit without any upcharge (since there were no more available of the size we were looking for).
