Excellent client service in-person, and very kind and helpful personnel!
RENT WILL GO UP $40+ EVERY 3-4 months (they may or may not tell you.) My office space was going to increase about $1,000 and after refusing to do pay that I just went back to a regular unit that was $57 and went to $95.95 after 3 months. This facility, when owned by Watson and Taylor, was phenomenal! Now of course a corporation has bought them out and after 3 years I will no longer be a client due to frivolous price increases and not a single improvement to the property or units. The people working there were friendly and helpful. They worked hard to show us the spaces that might work for us. My experience could not have been any better. They were the best.
