Reliable, honest, trustworthy, professional and a good price!
I had a new hot water system installed today. They were early, but plumber contacted me first to check if that was ok. Quality of work looks excellent and after install contact was good also. We had a small leak from a hot water valve inside the home due to pressure build up from turning hot water on and off. Plumber was helpful and responded quickly. We very much appreciate your quality service and are so happy to have hot water again. A big and special thank you to the team at Watson Plumbing, keep up the great work!!
Wonderful service. Prompt reply, quick time arranged, got here when arranged. Arrived, got the job done, all cleaned up, the best there is. Highly recommend this local family business.
Ridiculously expensive. Less than 30 minutes total on site to diagnose a blockage, followed by a very half hearted clean up that we had to finish. All for 495 bucks. Rip off.
They came when they said they would (were a little early). Did exactly what they said they would and got the job done including the extras I came up with while I had them here. They had all the right equipment and parts, cleaned up after themselves. Were professional, and polite. Then they sent me an invoice a little lower than I was expecting. First in the list from Google, with the most positive feedback, now first on my list to call if I have a plumbing issue in Mandurah.
