Initially had a need to replace original window panes with leaking seals. While the original windows were still in warranty, the inconvenience and cost of working with the factory in Wisconsin, compelled us to seek more agreeable alternative. Gave estimate, agreed to do the screens.....NEVER SHOWED BACK UP TO DO THE WORK! I called, left a messages & no return calls. POOR PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES! I would never refer them to anyone.

We were hit hard by a tornado last year,and it didn't break the frames of our windows, but broke the glass and screens. We took our windows out,took them to Watson Screen And Window Repair,and they fixed them good as new for a little of nothing. The screens they put in were better than the orginal screens!
