Beware if you think about renting from Watson Property Management. They knowingly rent houses that have mold and foundation issues. I had to file a complaint with the city and was given 7 days to move out because the house was unsafe due to mold and they had to remediate…well we moved out (less than a month from moving in and signing a year lease) and they relisted the house without remediating the mold.
Beware if you think about renting from Watson Property Management. All of the issues in the home we are renting were hidden with paint, furniture and rugs! They lied to us about the condition of the home and they took almost 3 weeks to fix some of these issues. The dirty rugs are still not cleaned and the holes all around the outside and the inside of the home which continue to get worst as it rains are not going to be fixed until we pay next months rent or possibly the following month…like what?!
