If you are a Condo Board looking for a management company, please do not use Watson reality. I recently put out a review for potential consumers and it was taken down. Seems a bit strange don’t you think? They are so bad that they have to take down bad reviews. Beware if you think about renting from Watson Property Management. They knowingly rent houses that have mold and foundation issues. I had to file a complaint with the city and was given 7 days to move out because the house was unsafe due to mold and they had to remediate…well we moved out (less than a month from moving in and signing a year lease) and they relisted the house without remediating the mold.
