They managed my property for a few years. Regrettably, the communication aspect fell short of industry standards, lacking direct responses to inquiries and providing only vague descriptions of property-related matters. Despite commendable aspects such as a robust tenant background check and satisfactory photo inspections, the aftermath witnessed numerous tenant grievances, particularly concerning the handling of funds.
I know my last review was not a good one. I did speak to the regional manager and decided to give them another chance. I am very very happy that I did. Janise has been wonderful. She truly went above and beyond. Her customer service is impeccable. Having her in your court you can’t go wrong. She referred me to a great house cleaner.
