After being a tenant for four years, they couldn’t even bother to email or call once when I decided not to renew my lease. I just got the generic copy and paste legal email. Her response was “we are not obligated to any communication”, really? As a property manager you can’t bother to have one entry and one exit communication with a tenant? They only care about filling vacancies. They also decided to take over $1000 on the security deposit knowing full well it cost half of that.
