If you are renting a property through Watson Realtor, St. Mary’s GA. Be advised is the property management group, is the worst. They do not follow up on repairs or request needs. They go so far as to cancel your request as though work done. Will never notify you as to why they canceled ticket(s). Anytime you inquire as to the status of an open work order you get - EXCUSES! Terrible customer service and they will leave you and your family out in the cold even when you pay on time every time and something happens, floods or whatever. They will not help with a hotel room or anything. I had a 3 month old and a very sick 17 year old and the entire complex flooded and they refused to help us find shelter and were extremely rude, disrespectful and outright disgusting about the whole ordeal.
