If you are renting a property through Watson Realtor, St. Mary’s GA. Be advised is the property management group, is the worst. They do not follow up on repairs or request needs. They go so far as to cancel your request as though work done. Will never notify you as to why they canceled ticket(s). Anytime you inquire as to the status of an open work order you get - EXCUSES!
