Tenants and owners alike, beware! One of the most inept property management companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We are renting until we decide where and when to buy a house. We have put exceptional care into the property even though it was rented to us in very poor condition. Steer as far away from Francis Timothy Veigle as you can. The most unprofessional realtor I have ever dealt with. He sent very rude emails to me trashing other realtors and thought he was sending them to someone else. He continued to email my wife behind my back and didn't think I would ever find out. His contracts are all about getting the most amount of money in his pocket with you spending as much money as he can possibly scam out of you.
