As a Realtor, I bought my home from WRC and was impressed with how professional WRC Realtors worked with me. That is why I decided to work go to work with WRC. The best producing real estate firmed I have worked in my 20+ years a Realtor.
Do not ever rent with them the owner knew the central a/c didn’t work properly before we moved in and on the first day we made a request to fix the a/c because it was too hot and the property manager continues to refuse to do anything about it even when the house gets up to 87 degrees during the day. They refuse rent reduction and they refuse to come out and fix it NEVER rent from them the electric is almost 300$ for a 925 square foot house and they refuse to resolve anything.
We have much so have enjoyed working with Christy Gaskil. We have bought 2 homes with her and have sold 1 in the last 4 years. Going above & beyond is an understatement for her! She is amazing! She responds quick, she is very knowledgeable, she doesn’t put any pressure on you & truly wants what is best for you and your family! she has a lot of connections with house flipping so she always knows someone for the job- sometimes getting quotes on projects whole we were still in a home viewing it!
