John Inama is the perfect agent. Experienced, thorough and personable. I am sure there are other agents that meet that bill but that is just where John starts. Mary Beth tracked all the inspection items and ensured they were fixed before closing. One item was pushed back due to supply chain issues, but Mary Beth made me aware of how this would be resolved shortly after. I am very happy with my new home. Watson and MB made it easy. 🙏
