In my experience with your DeLand office, I purchased property with a builder starting in April 2021, finished June 2022. A lack of communication or delayed communication between contractor (Paul) and realtor (Kip) caused house plans to be finalized before homeowners approval, causing changes to plans homeowners did not want.
