I honestly think it's absurd to change the rules halfway through... if they had informed that with an ITIN number a guarantor was required even if all the previously informed requirements were met, such as income of 3 times or more the value of the rent, score above 750, payment of a security deposit... and I myself met all of them, they "invented" the idea of asking for a guarantor... this is an "EASY WAY" to make money, because I wouldn't have paid if I had known the rules from the beginning... this is incredibly unprofe... read more
