I honestly think it's absurd to change the rules halfway through... if they had informed that with an ITIN number a guarantor was required even if all the previously informed requirements were met, such as income of 3 times or more the value of the rent, score above 750, payment of a security deposit... and I myself met all of them, they "invented" the idea of asking for a guarantor... this is an "EASY WAY" to make money, because I wouldn't have paid if I had known the rules from the beginning... this is incredibly unprofe... read more

I was in the market to purchase a home here in the champions gate area. Haylee T. has been my realtor since the beginning and my experience so far has been absolutely terrible. She has been extremely disrespectful to me and my family as we want our home to be as perfect as can be to our imagination.
