Purchased a home with Belinda in 2024. She recommended an inspector who lied about things. I purchased the home for asking price and then found out it needed to be re wired. You can work with Belinda but don’t trust her.

Nagging people that only care about their own interests and offer lowest quality service to renters who actually pay a lot for what they get. They expect you to be the property watcher and not the resident counting your cars and people visiting like in jail. Our lease ends this year and very happy to move to my own place.
