Management does not care about the well being of tenants unless they are white. I moved in 4 years ago and asked for no carpets. I was told they dont do that. A year a go a white lady moves in and they removed the carpet for the same reasons I asked due to my allergies. And the apartments easily get mold because the airflow is ridiculous.
