Very poor communication, did not follow through with promises that were made and closing obligations. This father-son duo seem to have a system going where Jim Watson Jr. lists properties and they make sure that Jim Watson Sr. shows the properties so that the commission stays in the family. I have reached out on multiple occasions for them to pay the liens that were to be paid at closing, and a month later I still cannot get utilities in my property due to their negligence.
