I move in for two years and when I bought a house and gave my notice Watson Realty gave me a long list to complete in the rental house, I left the rental house clean with minor things that Watson Realty had to do but instead they took 825 dollars of my security when the most they should of kept was 300 or 400 they kept to much thank god I bought my house, they never updated the tiles in the shower or updated light fixtures, we spend so much money keeping up with the grass that's all they care about...SMH...don't relied on yo... read more
