Too bad I can’t rate a zero. Small leak, about 4 hours of work, presented as professional- the work is amateur. Not only does it look terrible, but he charged triple+ the standard rate. I’ve NEVER seen an outdoor faucet installed with a pipe sticking out 4 inches , have you?? Made a new hole in siding for the faucet WITHOUT consulting me first, then sealed it with white caulk, FOAM where concrete should be. SLOPPY!!! Mr. Watson came to my house found the problem i was having and was able to clean the drain line.
He and his staff showed up every-time that I called. They were able to locate and fix the problem every time. I’m appreciative of his efforts, support, patience, and hard work……
Lonnie is super knowledgeable and a veteran of the industry. However my personal experience was disappointing. I called Lonnie to do a plumbing assessment and give me a bid. I paid 500 plus a 25.00 service fee for camera images, video, and a 3 line report. Lonnie refused to bid the project saying he didn't want to be involved.
