Very pleasant experience. No-pressure sales team. John was very honest and easy to communicate with. They offered a fair value for my trade-in, and made the buying process for my new car very easy. I would definitely purchase a car from Watson Motors again!
Worst car ever!! I got a 2011 GMC from them September 14, 2023 and explain to them the importance of having a very good and stable running car. My baby was due in 2 weeks and the need for a bigger car was necessary. I paid $7000 up front as a down payment and here we are just barely 6 months later and the motor is knocking. I was told by a mechanic that the oil he change in my vehicle was very heavy oil and that’s the reason I wasn’t hearing the knocking at first and it’s louder now because the fresh oil is thinner.
