Wow! I'm speechless right now. I have been a tenant of Watson and Knox for over 5yrs. Never had a problem. Every issue was addressed and resolved. Maintenance was on point. The staff in the office always nice, polite, and professional. It saddens me that I will no longer be under Watson and Knox's management anymore. Whomever is taking over have some big shoes to fulfill.
Robert is a very understanding guy and very professional. He also cares about his tenants. He helped me in a hardship situation, and I am forever grateful. Also, the maintenance and communication level is excellent. If there is a problem, it will be fixed the day of or the next day. I would rent again from Robert and Watson & Knox any day! I highly recommend!
I will like to say they have been the best landlord we have had. They always sent someone out fast to get things fixed. We did not have time to clean the way should have. Thank you for all you have done. They worked with us when we had to move do to work.
I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience over the years. Very professional, quick responses to any issues that arises. Would highly recommend.
