I have used Watson Inspections twice in the past 4 weeks. Tracy is prompt and professional.
I have used Watson Inspection a couple of time for investment properties I have purchased. He has always been thorough and and responsive. This time a called David to inspect a property which I had recently renovated. I asked David to inspect the property prior to my final walkthrough with contractor. I used the report to help prepare my punch list. David was responsive when I called and was able to fit me into his schedule the same week I called.
Excellent service! Mr. Watson was very responsive, scheduled a prompt inspection, and provided a very thorough and easy-to-understand inspection - all at a great price! Highly recommend this very professional and kind inspector!

I will admit I rarely write reviews, but this business is very professional and responsive. To be honest, I initially expressed my disappointment to Mr. Watson after I had my condo inspected and within the month, my water heater exploded and flooded my entire condo. Mr. Watson wrote me a very professional letter and offered to refund the amount I paid for the inspection despite the fact he did not have to do this. This wasn't something I expected.
