Broke down while traveling. Came to this business for a diagnosis. The quote was reasonable but they didn’t have the parts in stock so rather than wait we located the parts and put them on ourselves. They were nice enough to squeeze us in for an alignment when they opened the next morning so we could be back on our way. After waiting for 3 1/2 hours, I asked if there were any problems.
