Can’t provide 24 hr service if the phone # listed rings & rings with no answer! But the primary reason I do NOT recommend Watson is that the gas, tankless water heater installed in April of 2017, fell off the wall!!! This damaged the gas line & created a very dangerous situation for my family & neighbors! Thank God real plumbing companies answer phones & we were able to get another company to completely reinstall & correct the dangerous installation from Watson!
Watson Plumbing cares NOTHING about the safety of their clients! Complete SUBSTANDARD install by the Watson team was performed at my residence. Gas lines not connected, fixtures not securely mounted, and there’s no way to reach them after hours as we had an emergency with leaking natural gas from lines they installed. Watson Plumbing put my family in harms way. So, no. I do not recommend anyone using them!
