We had a great experience with Normandy Homes from start to finish. The build quality is outstanding—the home is well-designed, thoughtfully laid out, and finished with attention to detail. I recommend Normandy Homes...I like the build quality of the framing...also looks like they use real web trusses instead of I-joists...the brick was set nicely...interior/exterior finishes looked good...my clients loved their home...customer service on the orientation was over 5 out-of 5 👍🏼...thank you Misty & Christian at Normandy Homes

Excellent company, I bought my house 2 months ago in Watson Branch Mansfield and they are very professional, delivered wonderful property to our family and they take care of every single detail especially when it comes to warranty they are very reliable. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I’m very grateful for all the support they give me especially Christ Hammack every time we call him always answers with kindness and professionalism. Thank you Normandy Homes for making our lives so much easier.

closed on a home in this community 5 months ago and the fence fell apart after a storm. when i reached out to builder they sent the same contractor who installed the fence who unsurprisingly determined that there was no defect in their workmanship and i will have to take care of it myself. to add insult to injury the person in charge of warranty suggested i contact the manufacturer of the fence post to see what they can do. its been quite frustrating dealing with them... i dont know what will fall apart next. just know they ... read more

We bought a house in this community and FIVE MONTHS later the whole fence came down/fell apart after a rainfall. We reached out to their office so they can get it fixed. They told us this does not fall under the warranty. We were told this was an act of god and to contact the manufacturer of the materials used for the fence. 🤯 Make it make sense! I have never had to listen to so much BS in my life. They offered us no positive solution. They basically just said we have to cover the cost for a structural damage 5 months after... read more
