Don't trust them. There has been a change in management or something recently. This place used to be great for repairs and maintenance under the old management, but now I've gone in and they lied to me straight to my face, tried even showing me what was "wrong", and spent more time trying to set my expectations for how expensive it was going to be and trying to push their rewards credit cards on me. Excellent Service. Watson Benzie's repair tech identified my fuel filling issue and replaced the parts, all still under warranty, and identified and repaired another issue as well, again under warranty. Excellent communication and prompt service. I'm happy that we chose to buy our used Jeep from Watson Benzie.
