Doug is an amazing guy and I highly recommend his shop.
Do not go to this place if you need more than one thing fixed. First time we had it there upon picking it up they forgot to do a oil change 6-8 months ago. Today we pick up the vehicle after 12 days and they forgot to fix a ticking noise under the hood. Same thing the guy says “we forgot”. We always give them as much time as they request and it usually takes longer than they say. Once is accident, twice in a row is someone not paying attention.
