As a homeowner at Winterlakes for 9 years. I can tell you that ever since this association has taken over this neighborhood has changed from upscale to horrible. Why are basketball hoops allowed to be placed on the street! That is so dangerous when the wind blows and it falls. Our property manager Alicia needs to retire. There are absolutely ZERO good things about this Management company. I called to respond to a letter given to my parents and Hillary Rothmel HUNG UP on me. She couldn't take my questions and my complaints of THEIR services. I contacted the Corporate Manager, Michelle Figeroa, and basically NO help either. They lack empathy, and they lack common sense. If there was no stars that’s what I would be putting. This company is useless and should not be in the property management business. They neglect everything never respond to any complaints and take no responsibility. We have live in our community for 4 years and every complaint is met with dragging their feet and excuses. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
Placed numerous complaints as an owner of a Condo in one of their properties. They continually refer me to HOA and property manager who are absolutely useless. Company is a joke. Can't wait to sell and get the hell out.
