Spent almost $300 for this team to not only royally mess up my taxes, but they also ignored things I asked them about in my initial email and repeatedly asked about. This resulted in them botching my taxes enough that I owed money when I shouldn't then demanded I give them power of attorney to set it right and that they would start charging me billable hours for their mistake.
