Mr.Watson was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us to meet our appraisal needs with very short notice. I called several companies trying to get an appraisal done within the next few days and he was not only the first to say he could, but worked with us around an unsure timeline and did not charge a higher price for the quick turnaround. Mr.Watson is an upstanding business man and I cannot recommend his services enough. We will be using him for future real estate needs for sure.
We had him come out and take a look at a house we are about to flip. Was in and out in about 20-30min. Didnt look at anything. Charged 320 for the 20-30 min visit. Then says he needs from the middle to end of the following week for the actual appraisal. When the end of the week came we were told wed get an answer that night or the following morning.
