Housewife Our oven stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. We called around, and could not get service for several days, we called Watsonâs and they came right over and saved our day. They are the best company with the most professional service you can find. I'm so happy we finally found a family owned company we can trust. They treat you like a person and not a service ticket.

I am super disappointed in my experience with Watson Appliances today. How could your tech and you as whole company lie to Xcel Energy that the people in my home were coughing and sneezing when really, your tech was so afraid to even step inside my home. Is it because my family is Asian or what was the reason? I was not given a reason or explanation as to why the tech left. He just told a big fat lie regarding my family.
