All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
