Id highly recommend this practice! All Doctors are pleasant, and have a great demeanor especially with children. Reception staff has always been friendly! I’ve been able to get a same day appointment twice for my son at this practice. I don’t think I’ve experienced the same day appointment anywhere else. They have also been Flexible with a few minutes late to the appointment, not that we’d like to make a habit, but life happens. I've been taking my kids here for the past 7 years now and I can truly say they have been nothing but a blessing to me when it comes to the care. My youngest whom is 5 now was diagnosed with NF1 if it wasn't for Dr Williams and Dr D his health wouldn't be where he is today. They have given me so many resources and referral for my son condition. Thanks to them my son is now receiving the proper treatment.
I am not completely impressed by this practice. The receptionists always seem annoyed and short with me when I call, even to schedule a simple appointment. The doctors are fine, but nothing fantastic.
Really bad receptionists. They lie and make you wait for a callback and never call. We spent $1000 at our last appt and they refused to even see a video of my baby's cough. Wouldn't even try.
