Took my child yesterday for a sick visit for potential strep throat. The rapid test was negative and they told us it was a viral infection. We rotated pain relievers all night and my child saw no improvement, still had a consistent 101 fever and complaining of throat pain. I’ve been taking my daughter to this practice ( watoto) for years. All the doctors and staff are Always very helpful but today I had an above Positive experience. I needed to combine two special tests together that needed to be done at once for my child. insurance needed referrals to authorize them separately which at the end we did not even need that. None of the doctors offices who ordered those tests were willing to work together to combine the tests( When was saying because they weren’t a specialist they couldn’t do it, ... read more
Horrible. Avoid. Take your kids anywhere else.
We have been going to Watoto for the past eight years and have been consistently pleased with this practice. The doctors are knowledgeable and accessible. Every question, big or small, is addressed. They have taken such great care of our children from birth on up. We end every appointment feeling like we have the information and a game plan to handle any illness, injury or issue. They are amazing!
We have been with Dr. Detrisac since my son was 4 days old. She has provided nothing but excellent care, often going above and beyond. She is truly an amazing and compassionate doctor. She always answers my many questions. I never feel rushed. We are so lucky to have found her. I constantly recommend her to every parent I meet who is looking for a pediatrician.
