Be careful of leaving your property unattended for this agent's 'building inspection'...we had a beloved family heirloom stolen from the drawer where it has lived for decades but was missing after he left. Buckles claims to guarantee that nothing was stolen but that is not worth a pinch as it was stolen and she is in denial.
