Mike Watkins of Watkins Roofing and Construction stole $9880 from my 82 year old father. He made excuse after excuse to not show. When my father asked him to provide proof that he had purchased shingles, Mike cut off communication and blocked my father's phone. Mike Watkins in a conman and a thief. Beware. I have retained an attorney and my father filed a police report with Lima PD.
This con artist took my deposit and never showed. Stopped answering his phone. Beware of this thief. Don’t give him your money.
Had a roof put on by him 3 years ago, it is now leaking and he won't return my phone calls.
