Great realtor and property management company. Takes all the headaches out of owning income property, and works to make your investment profitable. Also makes buying and selling easy. Would highly recommend Watkins real estate.
Poor, disrespectful and sexist service despite being 100% on time on the rent, and leaving our apartment spotless. Very slow and unresponsive when it came to urgent maintenance requests, the deadbolt on our front door wouldn't latch and it took them over a month to send someone out to fix it.
